ActiForge Shop is operated by ActiForge. This page explains what we do with personal information reaching us through this domain.

Business email

We send business-to-business email from this domain to people at organisations we believe may have a legitimate interest in what ActiForge does. We use business contact details — name, role, employer, work email — obtained from commercial business-data providers and publicly available sources. We do not send to consumers and we do not buy consumer data.

Unsubscribing

Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We action opt-outs immediately and keep a suppression record so the address is not contacted again from any of our domains or campaigns. You can also email hello@actiforge.ai and ask to be removed, and we will do it without asking why.

What we keep

Business contact details, whether a message was delivered, opened or replied to, and any opt-out. We keep suppression records indefinitely, because the whole point of a suppression list is that deleting it would let us contact someone who asked us not to.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for email delivery, data enrichment and verification, which process this information on our instructions only.
